About This Class

Victoria wants all dancers to feel comfortable with the juiciness, size, and fluidity of their undulation techniques! In this course, she covers how to increase your range of motion with camels, mayas, omis, and more. Through 6 drills and 2 combinations, students will learn what muscles need to assist with the contractions and what muscle groups need to stretch in order to create larger accents.
