In this two part course, Victoria covers how to improve your shimmies and what might be holding you back from getting each technique strong, faster, and juicier.

In addition to providing technique corrections, she teaches you 10 drills to strengthen your shimmies. Some included shimmy styles are hip, Egyptian, 3/4, traveling, layering, and more.

This course is best for students wanting to improve their current shimmy technique.
