“Teel Fan Method Part 1 is a fantastic course that teaches Victoria's signature fan style with a highly adaptable, progressive approach. I was highly satisfied within the very first lesson of the 6-video course. Each class offers review of the previous lesson's "homework", new moves, the ins-and-outs of every aspect of the move that may be giving you trouble, and combinations to work on in between lessons that build upon the previous combos and moves. She provides close-ups of her hands when dealing with close-quarters handling of the fan, different views (front, back, side) of new movements, and accurate and precise vocal cues of each move/combination. Also, Victoria is very attentive to the discussion board offered for students to ask specific questions and request clarifications outside of the videos. I took a month to complete this course and I am left feeling very well versed in the technique and combinations and very confident in my ability to choreograph a highly thoughtful and entertaining piece using just the moves learned in Part One. All in all, the class is a must if you're interested in learning Teel Fan Method and I highly recommend it.”
