Supersize Me: Pops & Locks Intensive

Victoria wants all dancers to feel strong with the crispness, size, and fluidity of their pop and lock technique!

In this course, she covers how to increase your range of motion with hip accents, chest work, and more.

Through 6 drills and 2 combinations, students will learn what muscles need to assist with the sharpness and what muscle groups need to stretch in order to create larger accents.

How Do Intensives Work?

Immediately after purchase, you will have access to a pre-recorded course if you would like to get familiar with the content but that is not required!

For the first three weeks, students will take a pre-recorded class from the course and then submit homework for individualized feedback from Victoria.

Victoria's weekly homework assignments will explain which drills from the class you need to practice and submit for feedback. The homework assignments will build on one another for the first three weeks while the final week will allow you to submit an extra video from one of the previous weeks or submit an assignment you may have missed.

Live Q&As with Victoria have been added to give participants a chance to ask questions as well as come together as a group.
