About This Class

During this year, Victoria has crafted her own drilling format that builds her technique & stamina. The format includes a short warm up, drills focused on 3 families of movement, and some more stretching all completed within 25 minutes. This course has three drill sessions with the focus on shimmies, undulations, and abdominal work. So grab some water & come drill with VT!
