    Enjoyable and Comprehensive Learning

    I wish I had been taught some of these techniques 20 years ago when I first learned belly dance. I was taught the moves but not always the body mechanics and how to execute them. I really like the way you explain the proper way to do complete movements in a safe way. I like the different views of you teaching, front and back. Thank you.

    Amazing Introduction to Belly Dancing

    I have never taken a dance course before, and this course was an excellent introduction to belly dancing. I appreciate Victoria giving a brief history of the dance, and giving links and suggestions for the type of attire to wear. Even with this beginner course, the upper body gets a really great workout - especially the shoulders! Body posture and arm placements - thorough and easy to follow explanations. As I progress, I am starting to see the performer I've been looking for within myself. Yes, this will take work and you will be sore! But, at least for me, it is because I am using muscles and stretching in areas I normally would not use. I am very pleased with this course. I have found my perfect teacher.
