Victoria packs these classes with muscle building drills she uses daily to strengthen her technique. She teaches ways to develop not only your stamina but also your ability to layer & travel.

Each session, Victoria trains students to improve all types of belly dance technique as well as focusing on one topic to ensure students have mastered a specific skill. Victoria will focus on how to move fluidly while executing undulations, accents, shimmies and traveling movements.

All drills & combos covered are adaptable for both the intermediate & advanced dancer, so jump in and get ready to train.
