Victoria is recognized for her fluid dance style and sharing her signature techniques to keep your transitions smooth and full of breath and grace.

In each of the four classes, she will cover 10 concepts crucial to keeping your dance fluid and apply them in combinations. The concepts include: breath, knee bend, ribcage lift and drop, ribcage tilt, continual arm movement, asymmetrical arms, continual body movement, speed changes, and falling into turns.
