    Very Eye Opening

    This course helped me understand the problems I was having with some basic movements I had learned, perhaps incorrectly, many years ago. It clicked for me when you described what muscles to engage and which not to engage. I do strength training with weights and circuits 2-3x a week and it definitely helps the quads.
