In this three part course, Victoria demonstrates how your ab control can not only improve your technique but also add depth and richness to your dance. Each class will focus on an ab warm up, layering drills, belly roll drills and also a combo with ab layering.

By the end of this course, you will definitely feel move control over your abdominal muscles.
